Workshop Pricing: $1050.00 USD or $1420.00 CDN for Canadian schools. If paying by credit card below, you will be charged in USD when you click submit. If you select the “pay later” option, you will receive an invoice via email (in CDN for Canadian schools, in USD for schools outside of Canada) and can pay by cheque or direct deposit/wire transfer.

The registration fee includes the cost of the workshop, a full buffet breakfast and mid-morning coffee break each of the three days, and a buffet lunch on the first and second days. Registrants are responsible for all additional expenses including travel and accommodations.
