Our Constitution sets out the foundational principles of our society. It defines our purpose, guides how we operate, and ensures we remain accountable to our members, the communities we serve, and the Province of British Columbia.
Adopted in accordance with the BC Societies Act, the Constitution outlines our society’s name, purpose, and commitment to operating as a nonprofit organization. Together with our bylaws, it provides the framework for responsible governance, ethical decision-making, and long-term sustainability.
We share our Constitution publicly to promote transparency and to clearly communicate who we are, what we stand for, and how we work toward our mission.
